2021 International Shimmy Mob

This is my first year as a Team Leader. I have been a part of Santa Cruz Shimmy Mob team for 4 year, and had an opportunity to start a new team in Aptos. Our free rehearsal are on Sundays at 11 am. Freedom Boulevard Dance Company has generously donated their outdoor stage. for our team rehearsals. I began my Belly Dancing journey in 1999. I dance in Santa Cruz CA with Sese Gedes as part of several of her troupes for about 20 years. I have taking classes and workshops from various local artist and preformed as a soloist. I just began teaching my first class, Intro to Belly Dancing at Freedom Boulevard Dance Company in January 2021.
